These are brilliant little tablets that I bought for my wife. * Excellent value for money. * Small size which means easy to swallow. * Since using these regularly, my wife feels less tired so these are detinitely working. * Good ingredients which boost overall health especially for women who are breastfeeding or raising children and need loads of energy. 4 stars only because every now and then my wife compalins about stomach pain after taking these. So, that is something that some people might also suffer as well. I will recommend these to anyone who feels tired, drowsy or less motivated to get out of bed:).

I'm really happy I bought these. I've suffered very low iron for years and through my own lack of knowledge and a GP who hasn't seemed bothered my ferritin has been below 9 since 2023, at its lowest of 5 last summer. My GP finally put me on ferrus fumerate but I did not tolerate it well, I have bad IBS and digestive system really suffered. After doing my own research I switched to these and what a difference. Really gentle on my stomach, I've taken one every other day since the beginning of March and this week my ferritin is 39! There are a couple of other factors at play but I'm so so happy I bought these, my itchy feet have stopped, hair loss is less and my tiredness is improving all the time. Will definitely be buying again.

Great product and feel less exhausted having these , easy swallowing tablets.

My wife has been looking for an iron supplement that she finds easy enough to take, she does have issues swallowing pills, and is effective to maintain her iron levels without causing discomfort. These seem to be most effective with the above, a bonus being the yare cheap and have certainly increased her iron levels. After seeing her doctor, she dopes have heavy periods, she did not manage too well with the iron supplements offered, the shape and size causing her issues. These tablets are small enough, and they do not seem to get stuck, to swallow easily for her. She also noted no after taste and. please see photos, all the tablets are well shaped and none are broken. She recently had her iron levels checked again and they are well in the normal range. She has found that taking them with a small glass of water before her meal is working well for her. These iron supplements are cheap and affordable but are also most effective at restoring a normal range of iron levels. Very much recommended.
