Can this be programmed every other day?

The feeder is designed to feed at set times every day, it could be turned off every other day though to skip the meals. If you have any further questions please contact us at 800 725 4333.

When feeder is set ...time and all 3 feedings my display flashes is this normal?

The display will flash during the programming of the unit, once it is properly programmed the display should stop flashing. It will however flash if the feeding mechanism becomes clogged and it is unable to clear the jam automatically. If you need further assistance, please contact us toll free at 800 725 4333.

It is waterproof for use outside?

The Fish Mate P7000 is weatherproofed to be used outside, however it is not designed to be fully submerged in water.

What is the amount of koi pellets released in the MINIMUM setting? 1/4 cup? 1/2 cup? I don't want food-fouled pond water while I'm gone. P7000

We have the feeder set on the lowest timer and smallest amount settings. We have a dozen goldfish of varying sizes between 4-7 inches in length. They don't seem hungry and there is rarely left over food in the tank. So it seems to feed them well. This is a nice feeder and reliable as we have been gone on vacation for 2 weeks at a time, and don't have to do anything different while we are home.
