How well does it work for extreme jock itch ?

The cream didn't work for me, it just became a gooey mess and didn't provide any relief. I bought the powder called Microguard with the same 2% strength. The powder works! I use it 2-3 times a day and it controls the rash and itching. Even though my rash and itching are controlled, I continue the powder. I don't want my jock itch coming back. Hope this helps.
