Child Deluxe Gorilla Costume

Such a good option for a kiddo, it ran a little bigger than I thought the sizing said, my son wears a size 4/5 and I bought the small, it fit more of a 6-8 size for sure. Material was great and it was great quality as well!

We chose an XL for my 11-year-old son who normally wears a size 10-12 (he's about 4ft 10in). This costume is a ton of fun, and it offers a lot of flexibility because the body suit, mask, and gloves are not sewn to each other. My son hasn't yet decided if he wants to wear just the gloves and mask (with normal clothing), or wear the whole costume but maybe add a Hawaiian shirt or funny hat... It's nice to have options for different combinations of accessories. As others have said, it sheds all over the place. The costume itself doesn't seem to show the loss of fur, but light fuzz is all over our floor!

Fun idea. Was a little small for my son. We had to find long socks to help the floods but he stayed warm all night. Quality was good for a Halloween costume.

The costume is attention grabbing, warm (good for cold weather only - sadly this year's halloween wasn't cold), overall good with some caveats: 1. It loses hair in droves. Everywhere my son walked over when trying it on had hair dropped there. Can't they make it like the stuffed animals? Had stuffed animals lose hair like that, no one would buy them. 2. Its facemask was distorted. The hairdryer thing helped, but not great. 3. The back frequently opens. The velcro wasn't sticky enough. They should've just used a black button. 4. It's a bit expensive even though this one was the cheapest I found. Unless you plan to use it again, it's a bit much. Overall still a reasonable one if you can take the issues.

My younger son who is 4' 8" modeled the costume for this review. I actually bought this costume for an illusion costume for myself. I went the cheap route and got the kid's version since I'm 5' 4". It was too small for me so my 5' son wore it and was a tad too short but I ordered gorilla feet to make up for the shortage and it worked out great. He won 1st place in the costume contest. The costume is so realistic. After I had made up the costume I sat it in the corner and several times it startled me because I had forgotten it was there. It did shed but not that big of a deal.

Bought this for my 10 year old son who wears a size medium. The body suit fit perfectly. The mask was a little big on him and there is no way to tighten it so he had to keep adjusting it so he could see out of the eye holes. It fit on my adult head perfectly if that helps with understanding the size of it. He still wore it for Halloween and got a lot of good comments from people.

I ordered a child size small. The costume fit perfectly, but the face mask and the gloves are an adult size large or extra large at least. Nowhere near a six-year-old child.

Looks just like a gorilla. Comes with the body, hands, and head. Banana not included. It is does get hot after a while. It is not itchy. It is a costume so you don’t want it to be too tight. It would fit a an 7-9 year old well. It was a little big for our 6 year old.

La verdad, si vale la pena es un traje bien hecho, el único detalle es que la máscara y los guantes no es acorde a la talla, son más grandes pero igual yo no tuve problema con eso. Pero la verdad si me gustó y a mi hijo igual.
