What size would you recommend for 45x45" cushion covers? thank you

Go one size larger where possible to allow maximum fullness they will settle after time

Are the cushion fillers vacuum packed when shipped? I need to pack them in a case once they have arrived and need them to be as small as possible

Mine were delivered in polythene bag inside a cardboard box. Quite compressed but not vacuum pack.

I need the filling to be hard. Is it the case with these?

Mine are very well filled but are not hard. They are plump but soft and squishy
