obviously taste disgusting, also forms lumbs ,bad mixability , the only good part is it value for money, i mean you are getting this amount of protein in this amount is okay okay but you have money then go for flavored one or whey protein

Been using this for about a month. The taste and smell is somewhat similar to sattu, for those who are familiar with the taste. However, this taste can easily be masked mixed with anything. I generally take it by mixing dates syrup (has less sugar) or Rooh Afza (lot of sugar though, haha!). I'm also considering salting it and adding lemon juice, just like sattu is prepared. It might take a while to get used to the basal taste though. Nevertheless, its a great source of protein, and I feel I'm recovering faster form intense workouts. No digestion issues whatsoever. Compared to whey, the price is low. Some frothing does occur when mixing in a shaker, but is not a problem honestly. Overall, would recommend 10/10 to anyone.

Taste is so bad, I had satu but it is worst then that. Also unable to mix well in cold water without good shaker, you have to consume it by mixing it with roti daugh, dal but taste of soya it will be there..... put some money and take flavour one, don't torcher yourself already you have to push your limits in gym with weights. value for money yes but value of your happiness is most important, i thought Im different from others i also go through these comments even though I bought unflavoured, but please don't do same mistake. You will get many places to show your strength but believe this is not the thing.

it is a cheap protein supplement... that's all there is to understand... good mixability, doesn't cause bloating, slow digesting so you feel full for longer time... now, taste and smell is bad, I haven't tried any other soy proteins yet, so I think its natural for soy to smell and taste beany, I add salt and lemon juice... and 400ml of water to mask the taste and it tastes alot better this way. I will update it again after I have consumed 5kg of this... if I actually helped me gain muscle while losing fat.

Dear friends, who are not familiar with Soy protein and who previously used only instant dissolving protein like fermemted yeast protein etc., please note that it will take some effort and time to dissolve it. Why I gave it 5 star is because that effort is worth it. Final product is a thick drink of protein that will make you feel full instantly!

There was a lil problem with mixability..but not a big deal overall great one

I do usually like nutrabay protein powder but this tastes horrendous i know vegan protein powder usually taste bad but this is not good

For Those who are struggling to drink it:> I take it 1/3 at a time in a glass of cold water, 3-4 times a day. Add some pinch of salt, this will reduce some bitterness. Drink it by holding your breath. Have 1 or two nut cracker namkeen pieces. Eat it just after drinking. Result:- clean high vegetarian protein, very low carbs that too in budget
