I’m not usually one to write reviews, but I felt compelled to share my experience. From the very first day of taking two of these daily, I noticed a significant improvement in both my mood and overall outlook. I’ll admit, I’m not an expert on cortisol or exactly how all of this works medically, but I can speak to how I feel and the difference has been noticeable. I’m in a better mood, I’m no longer reaching for food simply because I’m bored, and most importantly, I actually feel motivated to get out, be active, and do things again. Whatever the science behind it may be, I can honestly say I feel a positive change, and for me, that has made a real difference.

So far it seems to be doing what I expected it to do.

After a lot of research I found that the Nugenix brand was right for me. I saw that it helped with weight control. Im thin but have a little extra in the gut area. I didn't lose weight,but even better was the change in my attitude and calmness it gave me. I knew there was a change within the first week. For someone who has a short fuse this has definitely helped lengthen my fuse.

Product works but isn't as effective as individual products I have tried.

This does what it says it can do.

This is a great supplement for your diet. If you have issues with stress, this can help so much. While it doesn't cure stress, it does get rid of that constant stress you may feel. I have definitely felt a lot less stress since taking this
