Is there a recall button?

No, there is not a recall button so splits are not stored on these very inexpensive stop watches. They have all worked after being used by our track team members all track season.

Can i make it stop beeping when i am in stopwatch mode. every time i click a button to stop/start/reset it beeps.

I didn't notice our doing the beeps, but on the other hand, we were in an arena full of demolition derby cats, so it was kinda loud. But did have to repeatedly push buttons to get a fresh time. That was a PITA!

Does this stopwatch also have a timer function, i.e. 120 minutes to 0 minutes?

no, it is a basic stopwatch with time of day function as well.

Does it come with a calibration certificate?

no, these are basic inexpensive stopwatches that work adequately.
