Operations Management

This is definitely one of the better textbooks I've used. I was surprised to see that the content wasn't over the top academic. Instead, the content aligned well to real world business practices but was still well organized, connected clearly to relevant theories, and was easy to digest.

Really liked this textbook and was a little sad that I had to return the rental but we couldn't afford to pay the difference. I really feel like I learned a lot from this book and it wasn't too dry or boring at all. I used McGH Connect with it and he problems weren't too difficult if you had your textbook and notes.I got an A in this class so I was very pleased with it.

Operations Management made easy with this book. The book is bulky and so was the course load but learned a lot and the book was awesome. There is a lot of calculations involved and the book actually shows how to do them using Linear Programming, Excel and what not. The chapters were well laid out and they kept building on previous chapters so the flow was pretty good. I had a really lazy professor who went to skip a chapter but I stuck with the book and life was a lot easier. The end of chapter solutions are somewhat tricky but if you pay attention, they shouldn't be big deal. The best part of the book is resale price. I bought this book, used it for a whole semester and then traded it in at at least +10% on Amazon. So the book was literally free for me.

Was disappointed to learn that this book had nothing to do with strategy of the game Operation. Still a good read.

Very easy process. Books are in good quality and super inexpensive compared to purchasing. Never had an issue with on time delivery or with covering the entire semester.

The text itself is fine and provides good explanations and sample problems to the subject matter without being needlessly wordy. Amazon's service was terrible though and I had to renew the rental twice for one semester for a ridiculous price and I should have just bought a physical copy to save money. One of those times being during my finals week. A total scam and miserable experience.
