Rain-X 9272X 8" Professional Squeegee with 20" Extension Handle

This squeegee works great!! I live in the country taking all backyard and I drive a Jeep Wrangler. Spring, summer, fall I battle bugs on my windshield. I keep an oval bucket in my garage 1/2 way filled with white vinegar and water. I keep this squeegee near the bucket. It is always available to do a quick clean on my windshield. It makes it easy to see without a bug smear glare especially when heading into the sun. The handle length is perfect, the squeegee is of professional quality, it's light weight and doesn't streak. It can also be used on exterior home window. I highly recommend this very affordable solution to dirty windows.

I really love this thing but it needs to come with a cover to protect the blade, and I wish the head would lock so it wouldn't unscrew when you press on the wrong side. The price is crazy good though and it's basically perfect in use other than the head unscrewing. You can use it with just water or any window cleaning solution. A pro guy who makes videos about window washing said to use water with a few drops of Dawn, it's the best solution ever. I bought Easyglide concentrate and use it in a spray bottle at varying concentrations. It's super cheap, simple, smells nice and works REALLY well. My wiper fluid motor broke so I was spraying my car with Easyglide window solution and using the scrubber and squeegee on this, or using the scrubber and turning on my wipers lol. It worked really well. The squeegee is just always in the way in my car and I have to baby it or the blade will get ruined. I drive 8+ hours a day, often on dirt roads, so I have to have a squeegee to drive safely. Anyway very good buy!

Really helps reach the whole windshield...front & back.

I'm very hyper about the cleanliness of my windows. Inside and out. Inside is easier, just need a clean towel. Outside, I rely on the wiper/sqeegees that gas stations have. I will not go to a gas station that doesn't have good wiper/sqeegees. I finally decided to get one for home, just in case I need a clean in between gas stops. Bam, I used this tonight, and it's perfect. The cushion/sponge surface wets fine, and holds enough water for how I do it, which is horizontal strokes down, then up, then back down my windshield on the driver's side, then a few vertical strokes on the passenger side to finish up. And then the squeegee side also works perfectly. The rubber is soft enough to get a nice wipe without needing to press super hard. For the price, this is a GREAT product. 👍👍👍

Good quality squeegee, at 20" it gets into far to reach places, the rubber is good quality and is able to clean your windshields without leaving streaks. It's easy to store, or just keep in your car to use when needed.

TL;DR: Simple Rain X squeegee that cleans windshields effectively and reaches well with the extension handle. I bought this squeegee mainly to keep in the car for cleaning the windshield at home and on longer trips. Functionally, it does what you want from this type of tool. The sponge side holds a good amount of water and cleaner, and the mesh cover has enough texture to loosen bug residue and road film without feeling harsh. The rubber blade on the other side gives a reasonably clean pass, so you can clear most of the water in one or two strokes if you work from top to bottom. The 20 inch handle length is a practical compromise. It is long enough to reach across most car and small SUV windshields without forcing you to lean too far over the hood, yet short enough to store easily in the trunk or a side compartment. The grip has slight contouring which helps when your hands are wet. I have not had issues with the head loosening or twisting during normal use. In terms of build quality, the materials feel similar to what you would find at a good gas station squeegee, with the advantage that this one is new and dedicated to your own vehicle. Time will tell how long the sponge and rubber edge last, but for now both are holding up. As with any review, this is only an opinion, not objective truth, since durability depends heavily on how often and how aggressively it is used. Overall, if you want a straightforward tool for routine windshield cleaning and prefer to have your own rather than relying on whatever is at the pump, this is a sensible option. Excellent squeegee. A very strong handle doesn't Flex and the head does not fall apart. It has great scrubbing ability especially on the sides of the head. The squeegee does a very good cleaning job. Use it on the vehicles and on the outdoor windows and it worked fantastic highly recommended
