Dance Mat, Dance Dance Revolution Dance Pad with CD Driver, PC USB Dancing Mat, Dancing Step Dance Mat Pad Blanket Compatible for Laptop Computer Video Game

It does very well as far as single foot input goes. When you have to use two feet at the same time, it only accepts one input. Also, the corners of the mat start to curl up after some use. The good is there is no lag when it comes to stepping on the arrows and additional buttons. I like the product that I get for the price. I would like to see these issues addressed, but for the price it's hard to be that upset with it.

Use to have this as a kid when I was younger and loved it. When I bought it this time it was not compatible but only with a computer. We use to hook it up to our tv and it would work. I must not have ready the description correct or it has changed for the worst….

The fact that it came with step mania installation disk and controller software in case your windows has trouble finding the game pad to install makes this purchase pretty solid. For me i already had a Dance dance revolution software (stepmania 5.0) and a bunch of old mixes from the first to supernova 2. I literally plugged it in, mapped what arrows are what and I was already playing the dance dance revolution game with this bad boy. Once I get everything I need I plan to buy a second pad and move the entire setup to the living room and have it run on the older PC.

Mat stopped working two months after purchase. Very disappointed.

Was really excited for this product- the last DDR softmat I tried to purchase from a different seller ended up lost in the mail after weeks of being delayed, so I had my hopes up. Wrongly so. Came in with a huge tear along the underneath of the pad- about the size of a TV remote. On top of that, despite several attempts to get it working, several buttons DO NOT WORK. All of the buttons on the left side- including the left arrow, the up arrow and the diagonal keys on the right, completely useless. The down arrow does work but it registers as four different keys for some reason??? Only thing that DID work was the included CD of Stepmania they included. That said- ABSOLUTELY NOT WORTH IT FOR THE DISK ALONE bc Stepmania and OutFox are FREE TO DOWNLOAD. Complete waste of time and money, extremely disappointed and I can’t even return it since it arrived damaged! Save yourself the trouble, DO NOT BUY AND DO NOT RECCOMMEND.

It took a bit to get set up to a point where it would actually load the songs. I kept running into an error where it would say the songs didnt exisit in the files and close lut of the game. I had to run this in windows xp compatability in order for it to work. After that, it runs perfectly! My daughter is loving the game just as much as I did when I was a kid!

ye thats the main thing

I was really eager to get back into ddr. At first I thought this would do but half of the arrows stop working after about a week. Just saved money and got a hard dance pad from ltek instead. Would only recommend this mat from Amazon if you plan to play like one or two games after that it stops working.
