how do these hold up after a few washes? i have hanes and after no more than 4 washes there is pilling all over them. do the dickies hold up better?

The socks have held up well to both wear and washing. I had the same issues you described with my previous Wolverine brand socks. I am very pleased with the Dickies socks.

Are they machine dryable?

Yes, I find the socks are very durable. And very washable, dryable at the same time.. I will purchase them again!!!!

These are not compression socks, and we don’t market them as such. Of course, we do pay great attention to the lateral stretch values of all our socks, to a level that we believe provides the highest level of comfort to a great majority of our customers.
