Review: Recommend! - I've been thinking about buying this for several years and never did. Finally decided to give it a try and like it. This diary provides very good, easy to follow instructions/recommendation on setting goals, planning, tracking, etc. I'm not using it to it's full potential, but it is providing me with an organized way to log and track my progress, total miles, etc. I recommend for new or seasoned triathletes. Review: Best tri journal - By far my favorite training journal for triathlon (although it would work for anything). Well played out, easy note taking space, lots of details. This is my third time using this journal and Ihope it never changes..

Great training diary, but what happened to the spiral binding?
I have purchased many of these for my husband who keeps very accurate records with this diary. He loves it. I took off one star because the newest edition doesn’t have the spiral bind anymore. It really makes no sense to get rid of the spiral binding! Now it’s harder to open the book and impossible to have it lay flat. Bring back the spiral binding and it will get five stars. Years 2025/2026

Great for triathlon training records!
This is a great tool. It’s exactly what I needed for recording daily workouts, weight, meals, etc. I would recommend and will most likely purchase again.

Love it
Very effective tool for those who like to record the data from the season, but sometimes we train 3 sessions per day or 4, and 2 only available.

Great diary
I actually like it so much that I bought a bunch of others. I think that'll do for the next years to come.

Great diary
I buy one of these every year for my wife. She loves it. It may be slightly short on space for notes, but has always been adequate for her. Otherwise, cannot fault it.

It’s laid out in a way that makes sense and collects a lot of great data daily in a way that isn’t cumbersome or time consuming. The back has numerous blank grids that you can easily chart whatever data you feel is worth while, and the end of each week has a summary section that includes weekly and YTD totals so you can easily see how you’ve been doing or look back at what was going well or where the wheels fell off. Love it.
