Neat, comfortable knee cuff.
This is a good quality item, quite easy to use and comfortable when on. The built in pockets for the ice packs avoid and risk of “ice burn” to the skin. My only criticism of the design is the pocket for the small ice pack. Whereas the big ice pack easily slips in, the small one doesn’t. You have to bend it to shape and push it in. It’s ok when you get the technique but a simple insertion like for the large pack would have been better.

Could be colder
Got this to help with recovery after a partial meniscectomy. It's really well made, but it's not as cold as I would ideally have liked - & "warms" pretty quickly upon use. As such it's not quite the therapeutic use I had hoped for.
