Why is there 2 extra different size steal balls in box

You start with the small ball, then as you can breath easier progress up to the large ball to clear your lungs.

How does it have walnut on allergen list

This should not bother you as you are only normal breathing it's like blowing in a tube.

I can't open it to clean it, it is very stiff. Any ideas?
