Can I use this through Ir vent

It will not be as effective as injecting the foam between the blower fan and the evaporator. As the heart of the mold issue is usually deep within the evaporator. Spraying through the vents will not fully reach the evaporator. When you inject the foam between the blower fan and evaporator, the blower fan helps push the foam through the evaporator fins for a thorough cleaning.
