EGO Power+ BA1400T 56-Volt 2.5 Ah Battery with Upgraded Fuel Gauge (3rd Generation)

An early, weaker battery, for the EGO tools eventually failed, but the higher end battery has worked like a charm. I have two of these now, which I alternately charge, and they power the lawn mower, hedge clipper, blower, and wire trimmer, and I never run out of power. I don't use the electric chain saw (still have a 2-stroke gas-powered engine for this) but love the rest of the tool set that EGO offers. The drawback is the price -- paid close to $600 Canadian for the mower, but it is very nicely designed. Overall, worth the investment -- just hoping the company is around long enough for servicing and replacement -- there's a lot of competition now in this market from the longterm powerhouse tool companies.

I’m very impressed with the EGO POWER+ 56V 5.0Ah battery. It provides plenty of power for my EGO outdoor tools and gives me the runtime I need without constantly having to stop and recharge. The 280Wh capacity is a great balance between runtime and keeping the battery from getting excessively heavy. The built-in fuel gauge is one of my favorite features because I can quickly check how much charge is left before starting a job. The ARC Lithium technology and Keep Cool design also help manage heat during heavier use, which gives me confidence when using the battery for extended periods. I also like that the same battery works across the entire EGO 56V lineup, so I can move it between my different lawn tools without needing separate batteries for each one. It feels very well built and has a solid, durable construction. The biggest downside is definitely the price. EGO batteries aren't cheap, but the performance and compatibility make it worth the investment if you're already using EGO equipment. Overall, this is an excellent battery for EGO tools. Great power, good runtime, convenient fuel gauge, and solid build quality. Definitely recommend it!

I ordered the EGO POWER+ Battery 56 it arrived promptly and was well package I needed a new battery after a few years of using mine. It decided not to hold a charge anymore We have the EGO lawnmower, weedeater, leaf blower, and this battery is compatible with each of them. These batteries are so easy to put on and off the equipment, they hold their charge, and I like the fact that there are indicator lights when the battery is getting low. We love the EGO brand and consider this to be a very good value for the money
