Excellent for a dark room. Doesn't light the place up. Very easy to read as the numbers are big. Good quality.

Good quality and does the job

The good: It's a very well made clock. The alarm switch is satisfying. The backlight is very even and pleasant. The night time backlight is optional. It is very dim as it should be, maybe just slightly on the bright side but compared to most illuminated clocks it's actually not disturbing. It casts enough light to be able to see about 50cm around it but it's a very soft light. This night-time backlight turns off during the day - it has an ambient light sensor to decide so it responds to room lights too. The +/- controls for setting the clock and the alarm make small adjustments very convenient and easy. The terrible: it's basically invisible in room daylight. Just a dark grey screen. Looks great in direct sunlight, and if you touch the top to get the full brightness backlight, but very hard to read in normal diffuse room light. It's a big let down honestly but I can't bring myself to rate it less than 4 despite this, primarily because other bedside clocks I've tried are so much worse in other ways.

This clock is just as described and works exactly as expected. The display is clear and visible during daylight but unless the nighttime display is selected on it is not visible at night until you touch the top of the clock. Touching the clock illuminates the display for about 10 seconds and is perfect for nighttime viewing. I read that having the nighttime display selected on uses battery life fairly quickly and so haven’t tried it yet. The alarm has an increasing tone and is excellent for my requirements. Overall I’m very pleased with my purchase.

Good clock but every time I want to change the alarm time in takes several attempts to actually be able to do so, the numbers dont change. You need to click and click and click until it starts changing. Very annoying, wouldn’t buy if this is a common bug

It’s a really nice looking device, the screen is a great size that I can read without putting my glasses on, and the touch sensitive top button for snoozing the alarm is great. However, there’s too many issues preventing me from recommending it. First, setting the alarm seems iffy, the time up and down buttons don’t work straight away, I have to wait 5-10 seconds before they’ll actually change the digits! Next is the alarm off button, there’s no simple tap or single press to cancel the alarm, you have to physically slide the rear button down to turn off the alarm, and then slide it back up to turn it on again for the next morning. The back light is also annoying, I don’t like it on during the night as it keeps me awake, but I like to tap it to see the time if I wake up in the night. That all works great apart from the light then being too bright. There’s no dim settings, so it’s one brightness for tapping, and one for the night light. Then during the day, as others have said, the clock is pretty much illegible. I wouldn’t buy again and looking for something else, I’ll personally just go back to my phone which is far easier to set the alarm on.

Compact but easy to read. Good to be able to switch off backlight at night to prevent light disturbance. Easy to use and battery powered so does not need a reset during a power cut.

Very legible digits even in the dark. excellent quality German product. If there was something that i wished to add it would be mention of the DAY of the week..rest this is a superb clock.

No me ha decepcionado en nada. Es una marca top de toda la vida, Braun. Fabrica muchas cosas y con mucha calidad. Diseño sobrio pero elegante. Lleva todo lo necesario, nada superfluo. Buena iluminación y fácil manejo. Estoy muy contento con mi compra. Ya lo tengo en mi mesilla de noche y el que tenía antes, un chino que estaba medio roto y se apagaba sólo, aunque me ha acompañado unos años. Pero nada que ver con el Braun. El día y la noche. Lo recomiendo a todo el mundo, vale cada euro. Un saludo.

Şık bir masa saati arıyorsanız düşünmeden alabilirsiniz. Braun saatlerini seviyorum. Bir küçük versiyonu kullanıyordum. Şimdi Amazon-Babil Ticaret'ten bunu ve bir duvar saati de aldım. Seriyi tamamladım. Ama bu versiyonu özellikle tavsiye ediyorum. Ekranın gece olduğunda otomatik arka aydınlatmaya geçmesi süper. Gece lambası gibi değil, uyurken bile gözü rahatsız etmiyor, isterseniz bu ayarı kapatabiliyorsunuz. Ama yatarken de saati görmek açısından çok iyi. Termometre ve tarih olması ayrı bir güzellik. Alarmı sona bıraktım. Çünkü Amazon ve Babil Ticaret'e ayrı bir teşekkür etmek istiyorum. Saat bir gün sonra elime geldi. Çok mutlu oldum. Ama alarmı açtım, ama ya bu alarm çalmıyor mu, yoksa ben mi kaçırıyorum saatini diye birkaç gün aktı geçti. Sonra bir baktım, alarm çalmıyor. Tabi kutusunu atmış oldum. Amazon'u aradım. İlgi süperdi. Arıza varsa kutu önemli değil, Babil Ticaret geri almazsa biz ücreti karşılarız dediler. Ya ben yenisini istiyorum diyince sisteme bir not düştüler. Aradan 5 dakika geçmedi arayan Babil Ticaret'ten Yusuf Mert Bey... Hemen yenisini getiriyoruz, dedi... İnanılmaz ama ertesi gün Yusuf Mert Bey direkt kendisi teslim etti yenisini. Amazon'a, Babil Ticaret'e çok çok teşekkürler. Ülkemizde böyle bir hizmet anlayışı görmek harika. Braun BC10 mu günün her saati karşımda videodaki gibi...
