Excellent product and the fitting was also done in quick time. Basis my poor past experience with another vendor who did not deliver at all, I was skeptical about Wakefit too. And when they missed the scheduled delivery date, my doubts about them forced me to escalate with Amazon. They asked me to wait for 1 more day and assured me that item will definitely get delivered basis their interaction with Wakefit. Accordingly, I decided to wait for 1 more day. Wakefit did not disappoint and it was worth the wait. I also cancelled the plans to ask for a refund. Will definitely recommend this product.

The Wakefit coffee table is of good quality and looks really nice. However, the delivery took much longer than expected. Also, I was informed that installation would be completed within 24–48 hours after delivery, but no one came during that time, which was disappointing. Otherwise, I'm happy with the product and its quality.

I recently purchased the Wakefit Excelsa Coffee Table, and my experience has been less than satisfactory. While the table itself is decent, I encountered a significant issue with the fitment. What’s more frustrating is that the warranty for the product is voided if the table is moved to a different location from the delivery address—a critical term that was not communicated to me at the time of purchase. I even visited the Wakefit Furniture Shop in Pune, and mentioned that I might relocate my furniture in the future, but this warranty condition was never brought to my attention. The lack of transparency and communication regarding such an important policy has been extremely disappointing. This experience has been disheartening enough for me to decide against buying from them in the future. I hope Wakefit improves its communication and customer service to prevent such frustrating experiences for others.
