I use it with any nail polish and have had no issues. I also use the Essie Speed Setter top coat. If you have any further questions, perhaps contact Essie.

I have not used it with gel polish--just regular Essie product. What I can say is it works. I have weak nails and polish used to chip--using this it no longer does and it lasts.

I have used this for many years. Res polish is my preferred color and I rarely have days I don’t wear it. Prevents yellowing. Paired with the good-to-go topcoat, polish shines and lasts.

Does what it promises! This base coat actually does extend the life of your manicure significantly. Seems to help the polish bind to the nail. It’s also good on its own. It’s not overly glossy but nails to look clean and polished. Very good product.
