A real good refresher at a wonderful price. It's more than one recommended serving for half a spoon, and because of that I had to limit the number of times I drank it every day to 2. So this is bitter dark green and goes well with an orange musil and a red beets and an unflavored amino or glutamine, which makes for not so wonderful price so far.

This artichoke extract is a great addition to my wellness routine. The powder is fresh, pure, and easy to mix into drinks or smoothies. I appreciate that it contains simple ingredients and is gluten-free with no unnecessary fillers. The quality is excellent, and the large container lasts a long time. Taste is mild. Hard to beat price. I mix this with coffee. It does not dissolve into fluids easily, so best mixed in blender for smoothies or in foods or warm beverages. Would buy again from this company.

I was shocked because the last one that I bought from a different company clumped up and became like a sheet of glass in a couple of weeks. I’ve had this now for at least six months and it’s still a powder. Just keep it in an extra Ziploc bag just in case because the seal is not that great.

My holistic chiropractor recommended this for hormonal balance and I’m having great results. After one month I noticed my period symptoms were better. Now, 3 months after they keep getting better. I can definitely see a difference.The dose is so small this packet will last you a very long time. The taste is meh, but who cares if it works. If you mix it with something with flavor you wont notice it much.

I purchased this product to detox my liver. Two days after taking this product, it started working. 500 mg once a day and you will know that it works to cleanse the liver and intestines. Like with anything, don't expect instant results. You have to take it and let your system get used to it. If you don't start feeling rumbling in your stomach or intestinal are, passing of unwanted gas or bloating feeling gone within a couple of days after taking this stuff, up your dosage a little. Happy detox... I will be using this product as needed and will more than likely be purchasing it from here again.
