I use these myself. They are not bulky and are very supportive. They helped me with a variety of foot problems. They definitely helped relieve most of my pain. My wife started to experience plantar facilities. I bought a pair for her,and she said they have really helped relieve the pain. She wears narrow width shoes, and they fit fine. They are good quality.I think they are a fair price,but I would love to see them offer a discount to returning customers,or for buying multiple pairs.

My doctor recommended I try these for arch support due to my extreme flatfeet. What a difference they have made. They feel good and the support is very helpful. I wish I'd gotten these long ago. And doc says these last indefinitely unlike the ones you can buy at the store that have to be replaced repeatedly. And I can put them in my walking shoes and my summer slip on low heel sandals that I wear often. Love them!

I ordered because I needed a thinner insole than my regular orthotics for a new pair of boots without removable soles. These work for a moderate arch. I will try a higher arch next time.
