Where do you source your citric acid? Is mold involved in the manufacture of the citric acid you use?

The company uses frozen lemon & frozen orange peels for their citric acid

Is it coconut oil or Cocamidopropyl betaine?

I'm really not sure. I bought this with the highest hopes it would help relieve itchiness and moisturize; however, it smells just awful. My husband does not like it either. It almost smells like bug spray and we could not see any difference than when we use Aveeno body wash, which smells much better. It smells nothing like lavender. Wish I could be of more help.
