Pen quality is very good. Used today with 1mm settings and 36 pin cartridge. Serves the purpose.

Very good device but one battery is not working
It is very good device for microneeding. I have used it 4-5 times. When I received this product, I checked it properly and found that one of the batteries is not working. The product was not returnable so I was aware about the downside of buying this. Luckily I can manage to use it with the other battery and it has fulfilled my need. So buying this device with this seller is just hit and trial as you can receive product which will not work at all.

Worth money
It's worth money, I am using this from last 1 year and there is no problem with derma pen.. can se the result very quickly. U can go for this pen..
