Mr.Shield[3-PACK] Designed For Motorola Moto Z Play [Tempered Glass] Screen Protector with Lifetime Replacement

At first I thought these were great. They stick well and they were easy enough to put on. However, since ordering them about 14 months ago, I've gone through the entire pack already. They crack incredibly easily. I'm extremely careful with my phone, even with a screen protector on it. The first one cracked while my phone was in my pocket. Nothing had hit me, I had run up against anything, hadn't even been sitting with it in my pocket at the time, but the thing still managed to crack. The second two somehow managed to crack while the phone was just sitting on my bed doing absolutely nothing. The last one was today. My phone was fine before I was using it, literally just sitting safely on my bed, nothing near it, nothing touched it. The crack was NOT there when I placed it on my bed, but at some point between putting it there and finishing scrolling through my facebook, the damn thing managed to get a massive crack in it again. The package claims to come with a warranty, but from the sounds of it based on other reviews, it isn't even worth trying to get it honored. These screens seem good at first, but in reality they are cheap junk. Better off spending your money elsewhere.

This screen protector has protected my Moto Z Play for several months. It has absorbed the brunt of drops and impacts, keeping the screen safe from catastrophe.My only warning to buyers are these two things:1. Watch the instruction video, read the directions. It'll simplify the process so much.2. You will probably still want to buy a case (Verizon makes a good bumper case compatible with mods) because there are some angles from which the protector cannot prevent damage to the phone when dropped. It wasn't the screen protector's fault at all, and in fact, it's keeping the cracks in the screen underneath from getting any worse.It's a great price, and with the generous policies the company has for warranty and replacement, you're getting a terrific value. When I upgrade my phone soon, I plan to buy the Mr. Shield protectors designed for the model I choose.

I was hesitant to purchase based upon reviews that stated the glass doesn't fit well due to curve. Decided to try it anyway because it was a very good price.I do see what people meant when it is not 100% coverage for face of phone. I am used to an Otterbox that has the face coverage built in. This was not an option for the Moto Z play, though. But the small part that isn't covered is much smaller than I was lead to believe based upon past reviews; All around the edge it is approximately 1/16" gap. Glass does not cover thumbprint, microphone, front flash, front camera, and speaker to listen to calls.I do think this glass will be effective, however, and I do like that there are 3 pieces included. I would buy this again.

Update, unfortunately I had an unexpected issue with My Mr Shield. I contacted Amazon advised that I needed the "lifetime warranty" addressed and after several minutes with a customer service representative I was told that my product was not covered by the lifetime warranty, I was transferred to a supervisor who stated the warranty is only effective during install. I contacted Mr Shield by email and addressed the issue and they promptly offered a complete replacement. However two months later the replacement never arrived. If you made it this far my initial evaluation was five star, now unfortunately because of misrepresentation 0 stars. Don't buy this 💩I'm very thankful the Mr shield product fit perfectly and installed easily.My order arrived promptly. Couldn't have asked for more.

I had high hopes for this product, but I found it disappointing. The packaging was nicely done. It included cleaning clothes and various sticky bits to help apply the protective shield. It even had a reference to a video with instructions on how to properly install the shield.After I watched the video, I discovered that the package was missing necessary items. The video shows that you should use yellow tabs to serve as a temporary hinge when applying the shield. Well, my package had cleaning tapes, but it didn't have hinges. Without the hinges, you run the risk of getting fingerprints on the adhesive side of the shield. You also run the risk of not aligning the shield properly. You can easily cover the front camera or the fingerprint reader if you're not precise with the placement.After I got the first shield on, it wouldn't lay flat. There were bubbles underneath the shield. The bubble remover tool was useless. I decided to waste the first shield, and I applied the second of the three in the package. Again, it didn't lay completely flat, and there are bubbles underneath. I decided to keep it on and use it for a while. I didn't want to waste another shield. I'll just switch to another brand when it's time for a new protector.Forget trying to lift the shield in case you didn't clean all of the dust underneath. If you try to lift it, the corner will get marked, and you can't smooth it out. Also, once you lift it, you'll lose some of the adhesive.

Glass has a design flaw. The glass sits over the curved portion of the screen, thus leaving a gap between the tempered glass and phone. I would not recommend this product for moto z play.
