I put the press together and, as many of the low star reviewers, the handle is incredibly loose. Is that the design?

These are locking nuts and need to be tightened with a par of pliers around them, or wrench, along with a screwdriver (an electric works best). Also, don't do what I did and oil the press first (made it very challenging to hold everything while tightening, LOL!).

Is it made in the USA?
