I bought for my child’s use at school. It is sturdy, well-finished and nice fit. Love the product. Attached properly with my laptop.

The hard cover looks classy and is a perfect fit for both the front and back panels. It also seems quite durable and tough. However, it is not very transparent and hence the Apple logo is almost invisible - probably will disappoint those who love to see that logo on the outside. The Keyboard cover unfortunately looks great, and is a good fit, but functionally has 2 major drawbacks: 1. It reduces the sensation and feedback of the MacBook keyboard by over 50% easily. This is especially irritating to fast typers as it slows them down from doing their work. 2. It is completely opaque and this means it blocks out the natural keyboard backlight totally. The keyboard cover was designed with only aesthetics without any thought being put into function and therefore, most likely, I'll have to discard this before long. And to think they have given an extra keyboard cover too. The company was far better off simply giving the back and front panels and reducting the overall cost by not including the keyboard covers. Overall rating is 3.5/5 but giving 4 on Amazon as I can't give a half point rating.

Good product

A must buy for your Mac! This cover is so firmly attached to my laptop, I feel safe carrying my laptop around. Though it was a little pricey, it was definitely worth the money! It’s easy to Install on the laptop. Light weight. It comes with 2 covers, top and bottom, 2 keyboard covers, all ports covers and extra stands for the bottom cover. Overall, it’s a fantastic product and I’d definitely recommend it to everyone Mac owner.

Great product looks premium with extra keypad protectors and the rubber to protect the slots from dust.. wish they provided protector for the mouse pad it would have been a complete package, it’s a nice product.. easy to install saves your metal from dings and dents May not withstand if dropped from a certain height since the shell will crack.. attracts lot of finger print and oil mark since it’s a matte finish.. fragile item good for time being, best suited to buy when your laptop is new so it retains its new look, overall satisfied with the product

Love the colour (lavender grey)! It fits well however reduced one star because we really have to press too hard to fit the upper cover (bottom one was fine) and in the recent models the screen is known to be sensitive. Also, it is no where see through, but I like it as it has this matte feeling and hence looks better. If it were see through, it would look like cheap plastic. Feels sturdy, it would prevent the laptop for daily use and tear, scratches etc. but the plastic is very sturdy (not silicon or flexible at all) and hence if there is a fall from above 2-3 feet, well then there is nothing much the case can do.

overall the case is good but comes with a few Pros: 1) sturdy case. 2) the bottom stand is more comfortable when it is in raised position cons: 1) makes ur mbp looks bulky and not easy to carry. 2) there is a small hairline gap which is much visible and makes way for dust to enter and thereby it always stays lose even if it is closed.
