Disappointing Experience with Eltron Turbo Bike Fog Light - Warranty Claim Issues
I'm extremely disappointed with the Eltron Turbo bike fog light I purchased from Amazon in Jan 2025. Despite having a 2-year warranty, the light stopped working within 6 months. What's more frustrating is the lack of support from both Amazon and Eltron Turbo. There's no option to connect with Amazon or Eltron Turbo for warranty claims. The Eltron Turbo website doesn't provide any clear contact information or claim process. The contact number listed is also incorrect. As a customer, it's unacceptable to face such issues with a product that's supposed to enhance safety while riding. I hope Amazon and Eltron Turbo take necessary steps to improve their customer support and warranty claim process. I hope the seller and manufacturer take responsibility for resolving this issue and providing a functional product or a refund. Until then, I would advise potential buyers to exercise caution when purchasing this product.
