I’ve been using this jump rope for workouts and have been pretty happy with it. The ball-bearing handles make the rope spin smoothly, and I haven’t had many issues with tangling. It feels lightweight but still sturdy enough for regular use. It’s a good option for getting some cardio in without needing much space or equipment. Overall, a solid jump rope for the price.

I hadn't jump roped in a while and was excited to get back into it. This rope has made it easy and fun to start again. It moves smoothly, feels comfortable in my hands, and has been great for getting some quick exercise in. I forgot how much I enjoyed jumping rope until I started using this. Really happy with this purchase and looking forward to continuing to use it. Five stars!

Comfortable, cushioned grip with adjustable rope/cable length. I was worried it wouldn't be heavy enough as compared to my leather rope, but it's perfect for my needs, and the price is certainly right.

Great jump rope but wear shoes while using it so you won’t hurt yourself. The rope is just too long for me that’s why I took off one star. I wish it had a better adjuster on it for it. Over all the handles are good. As for the stability, by the rope being too long I do not have a consistent jump while using the jump rope because it doesn’t go under my feet most of the time because it’s so long, I may have to cut it to shorten it. The design is good and the handles have a very good grip to it. Great for exercising.

Was very pleased with the quality of this jump rope considering the price. It is easy to adjust the length of the rope by unscrewing the ends of the handles. My husband and I are both able to comfortably use it even with our nearly foot heigh gap!

This is a standard, good-quality jump rope, in my opinion. I am, in-fact, able to jump it, so it works as advertised. For people just looking for a good, solid rope fore exercise - this is a great buy. It's nothing fancy, just a rope that jumps real good. A few features to point out: It's tangle free. I'm not sure how many jump ropes have issues with getting tangled, but I can confirm that this one does not tangle easy. It can wrap around itself and twist a bit, but it's always super easy to reset with a couple shakes, unless you purposefully tie it in a knot. It's adjustable, technically. According to the listing, it is an adjustable rope. I could not figure out how to do adjust it myself, but one of the video reviews featured a helpful tutorial. Basically you twist of one of the caps off the handles, open then clasp on the rope, slide it, then re-clasp at your desired level. By default it comes at very nearly its longest, and can be adjusted shorter. At its (almost) longest, it's pretty much ideal for me - and I'm about 6 feet tall. Any taller and this might be a bit short for your needs. Good swing. It's exactly what you want a jump rope to be. It's light and very easy to swing.

For the price I can’t complain much. It’s solid but likely wasn’t meant for what I was doing. It lasted about 6 sessions (technically less) before it started being unable to keep the handle on the rope (it’d slip out constantly). Therefore my rating is mid tier out of other jump ropes I’ve tried. - The jump rope is likely meant to be used more simply with les slower and speed. - The jump rope is likely not meant for intense speed or excessive power (I was doing double unders and crossovers).

I needed a durable jump rope that wouldn't get tangled, and this is it! By far the best jump ropes I've ever owned. Makes a great versatile workout, without the worry of tangles. Easy to change the length if the kids want to use it. Simply unscrew one side and slide a plastic piece put the excess into the handle and screw it back together! Super sleek design, with comfortable handles.

Unfortunately my first t bad review on Amazon. Teh rope broke on day 1 and both wires broke. So if you are just jumping rope casually then maybe this ropes fo r you. If you in pro gyms and flying with speed double jumps get something more stronger.
