They come with Nothing . You must buy the fasteners. It's awful

How much weight can a pair of these hinges support?

Not qualified to quote that specific info. However, I've been using 2 of these on kitchen and bath 3/4" raised panel cabinet doors, maple and cherry, up to 24"X24". Anything bigger I use 3 hinges - one added in the middle of other 2.

What is the center to Center screw hole dimensionon on cup end end of hinge?

can't remember specifics. Had no problem putting it in and it was a nice hinge.

About 90 degrees , would depend on thickness of door in relation to cabinet frame
