I ordered this file box with lid because I wanted to keep my files organized. This file box is very well made. It's sturdy, a perfect size, and it's made from a very nice material. It also came with a document envelope. The envelope is made from the same material as the file box and closes with a snap. I will be recommending this file box to my family and friends.

I was a little hesitant because some people were complaining about the quality, but I feel like it is very sturdy. It was super easy to put together and the tracks included are a nice addition - they make sliding folders back and forth super easy. I’m just using it for filing, and it has been great. The felt is a little odd when I’m used to just cheap cardboard boxes, but I actually really like it. I feel like it looks very professional vs looking like moving boxes. 😂 I also love the color! Sometimes it’s hard to tell what the color will actually be from product pictures, but I felt like this one was very accurate. It’s a very pleasant gray that looks nice but also doesn’t stand out too much (which, as a file box, I like - blends into my space well). Not entirely sure what is with the giant felt envelope, but it’s listed in the product info as an add on gift I guess :). Not sure if I’ll ever really use that… but it is decent quality. 🤷‍♀️

This is a beautiful box (dark grey). It is sturdier than I expected. Holds my hanging file folders well. I am using it as my "Sunday Basket" for you organizers familiar with that term.

Very sturdy, easy to assemble and makes my file area look much neater. Have gotten many compliments on it and asking where I found them.

I bought these in hopes of storing seldom used files under my desk rather than use a file cabinet. The boxes were stylish which made me happy since they are visible in my office. My files fit nicely and seemed to be strong enough to handle the weight. Like I said, these are seldom used files so I can't say how durable over time these would be with all of that weight in them but I pull these boxes out once every month or two. The only reason it's not 5 stars is just because the lid is very loose. I understand it needs space for hanging files but it seems they designed it for folding it up and storing it away. If you plan on storing these boxes rather than using them, this would be a great feature. I'm using my boxes all the time so the big lid doesn't make a lot of sense for me.
