I'm a size 10 normally 34c cup side would you recommend i get the medium?

I’m 38C and size 12 and find medium very comfortable. The lace ties in at the back so you can tighten it. Perhaps someone who is size 10 could give a more accurate answer. Looks amazing on.

Is the clear colours (yellow top) see through when wet?

No it isn’t. It’s a good quality material and very comfortable. I bought this last year and will be taking it on holiday with me again this summer.
