Hard as a rock!
I needed this for a recipe having no idea what to expect. It was a complete waste of money. It was so dry that it couldn’t even break down when put in the blender, shame.

Works Great!
Product is authentic, but it's overpriced for the amount you get. The achiote paste will completely melt when it is heated and then it will blend perfectly with other foods.

It’s flavorless and it some kind of unnatural bright red ( almost neon ). It’s not what I was looking for.
