In this lesson you will discover how to brew your favorite coffees at home using tips and tricks the professionals use in all the popular cafes. Starting first with a cupping cupping session we will learn how to evaluate flavors, then take our favorite coffees and explore how different brewing methods can effect what ends up in your cup. Topics include: using the right water, the relationship between the grind and the brewing method, cupping (i.e. tasting) for beginners, choosing the right coffee, and a hands-on demonstration of several popular home brewing methods.
