Buggy software, f'n god awful UI, several Gen old Bluetooth, several Gen old wifi, no file management, video exports don't work more than half the time, awful 2013 quality IPS screen, bulky children's budget tablet form factor, several generations old USB, and a terrible smartphone app that doesn't even make sense. Idk why so many people are so ok with such a terrible product at this astronomic price AAAAND there's no OBD data. Will probably return this.

Do not buy. Battery is dead. Was a used product. Garmin refuses to repair or replace. $1100 down the drain.

I got this for my birthday, meaning I did not select this for myself. I would not have selected this if I was purchasing for myself. I race a GT3 on track and Autocross. This is wrong for my set up in so many ways. First, the screen is heavy and large. Where am I going to put it on my windshield? It’s so big it hinders my view anywhere I put it. When I am racing, I don’t look at gadgets. So why would I put this huge iPad looking unit on my windshield?Second, the camera with it to mount is junk. Permanently affixed to my windshield, the instructions say. Permanently? Not on my car! It’s cheap, too. Worthless. Third, it’s wireless. Most might think that’s a bonus, but I don’t. I don’t want to wear a Faraday bag on my body while I’m driving with this unit in my car. My cell phone is lucky I forget to take it out of the glovebox sometimes when I’m racing. Fourth, the earbuds are ridiculous. Again, wireless. Sure, I’ll put wireless pods into my ears and cover them with a helmet so they can really fry my brain! They are uncomfortable. Clunky, like the screen unit. Fifth, hook me up to AI to tell me how to drive. A computer screen for me to watch while I’m driving and a voice in my earbuds telling me what to do and/or my lap times. No thanks. Driving is by feeling, not some AI unit getting tracking information on my car beamed from a satellite. If you haven’t figured it out by now, I’m old school. Not a dinosaur yet, but I enjoy the experience of driving fast in its purity without AI interference. However, gamers and the rest of the millennials and techies will love this thing. Holds your hand the entire way. Sort of like getting a participation award. Perfect. Lastly, no returns! Huge disappointment. Be wary of sellers that don’t accept returns. They know the unit is junk and don’t want to lose money in returns. Sadly, this seller doesn’t accept returns. Buy at your own risk!
