Love these drinks , I know it's not the healthiest thing to drink but if you work long shifts in the ridiculous heat we've been having these hydrate me and give me a subtle boost , no great energy swings like some bullish drinks.

Taste grate, and as some one on Metformin, this helps keep my B vits up, as Metformin has a tendency to cause problems. If your diabetic, Speak to your doctor to get advice if your HBA1C is showing changes, such as with B vitamins.

I was looking for a different energy sugar free drink and decided to try this product . It helps myself throughout the day .

In my opinion, C4 Frozen Bombsicle is the best-tasting energy drink around. It's much more popular in the USA, and while some of the American flavours are (in my opinion) too sweet for the European palate, this one is clean, not overly sweet, and really refreshing. The functional nutrients—amino acids linked with blood flow and B-vitamins that help reduce fatigue—along with a solid caffeine hit (160mg), make this a great pick-me-up when I need a boost. Unfortunately, it’s not widely available in UK retailers, who tend to favour the usual Monster, Red Bull, and Rockstar options, so I'm glad I can find it on Amazon. I find those too sweet, and they often lack the same functional benefits.
