Buy this if you actually care about your food.
I use this to pick the the tiny white things stuck to eggs for my creme brulee. My creme brulee have to be flawless after baking 100+ and my trusty plating tongs help so well. Good size for my giant hands, very durable and great quality as indicated from the clicketly clackity tong test. Cute appearance and great for cooking.

Buying a second pair, love them.
I use these daily, have the straight pair, 6 inch I believe. They hold their shape very well, clean easily, and are a usable size for many things. Very sturdy but in a good way, they won’t bend out of shape easily. Easy to use

Perfect for removing the gross egg "chalazae"
We bought these after reading a review from Serious Eats that said these had multiple uses in the kitchen. Our main use is to remove that creepy and gross white string ("chalazae") from eggs without popping the yolk, and they work perfectly!

High Quality SS Fine Dining Plating Tweezers
High quality stainless steel tweezers for all your food manipulating desires. A bit hard to bend than most tweezers, which I suspect is from the 18/8 steel. I highly recommend these!

Serve basic purpose
Wanna buy a tool that are not expensive and yet serve the purpose of decorating. Good quality but a bit stiff. Maybe it's new that's why need to press harder.
