This lighter was everything I was looking for. It is a beautiful piece. High quality metal and wood. I added kerosene and the lighter worked out of the box. The packaging was premium and the look, feel and heft are a premium product. Very worth the price. I received the item quickly.

This is my favorite lighter so far! This lighter is a good looking apparatus! I also like the way it fits in my hand. It holds fuel a little longer than my Zippo before drying out. The flint striker is easy to operate and the flint and fuel are easy to refill. It lights very easily, stays lit in a draft and douses immediately when the lighter is closed. This is my favorite fidget toy too. The clicking of the open/close action is very satisfying. The little brass rings around the body will tilt a bit but it's no reason not to get one.

Bought this lighter because of the way it looks. It's not going to last any longer than your typical Zippo, but not because the design is worse, but because the center portion of the lighter is significantly smaller than a Zippo. It's simply just not going to be able to hold as much lighter fluid. I purchased the "pewter" looking color with the red Rosewood. It does appear to be actual wood. In my opinion it is a very attractive lighter. At least in my humble opinion. Will update if any issues develop. Seems pretty well built though.

It's a cool looking lighter but I put kerosene in it and for some reason it doesn't want to light it worked fine for about 5 lights but it's won't anymore so I'm going to try lighter fluid next to see if that fixes it

While it looks nice and has a good weight to it, there is little to no seal to prevent evaporation of the kerosene. For me, it does not last more than two days before needing a refill, even if you fill it all the way. Not fuel efficient at all.

If I was rating this on looks alone I would give it a 5 star. Super cool looking lighter. However, since I wanted to use it, I can only give it 3 stars. After filling it with lighter fluid it works great but when I came back a couple days later it acted like it was out of fluid. I tried refilling it a couple times and every time the same thing happened. I don't know if the fluid is leaking out (I didn't see any spillage on the area I had it sitting), if it is evaporating or if mine is defective.
