High Quality Sealer For Flagstone and Mortared Joints
I used this product on my flagstone patio with mortared joints. It was easy and quick to apply with a hand-pump sprayer. The product dried quickly and did not noticeably change the appearance of the stone. It repels water nicely and made our patio look like new. I will definitely use this product the next time I need to seal our patio.

Great product.
Second time byying. No fumes or bad smell. Sealed immediately. No discoloration even after years of exposure. NOTE. Does not fully protect the surface from other substances staining or sticking, since it doesn't apply a layer oVer the concrete surface. It soaks in and waterproofs only. Other products may add an actual layer on toP of the concrete, but they will duscokor or scratch over time. This product is my first choice for most projects.

Easy application / no streaking or appearance impact
Used tank sprayer to apply. Very easy with no visible impact to driveway (except after it gets wet the water beads up on the driveway like I expected it to)

Yes, we had weather in upper 90s and humid. Plenty of rainfall. It is holding quite nicely. Highly recommend.

This product works great. I put on two coats as instructed and when it rains the rain beads all over the driveway. Does exactly what it says it does "water proofs the cement" How the spray on with a garden sprayer is a joke. I put the solution on by pouring on a small amount with a pouring can and taking the paint roll to spread it around. I would use a fluffy roller however any roller will work. I put it on thick like paint and the driveway looks great. I have over 2000 square foot driveway

works great
went on very smoothly. was great to have a product to put on 10 day old concrete to seal it. will be adding a bit of water and applying the rest to paneling to seal it. love this stuff.

Goes of easily but still have to check durability.
Does not seem to compare to solvent based products. Ask me in the Spring. I will then be able to tell you how well it over winters.
