Unfortunately it arrived in the UK with a US plug. I used Amazon chatbot to solve it and I have to say they were very good and efficient. Shame because it seems to be a good product.

Supplied with US plug on charger. Have ordered adapter but this was a gift and has caused embarrassment for the recipient and myself. The description should make it clear that an adapter also needs to be purchased

Arrived with an American 2 pin plug!! Had to buy an adapter.

Looks like very cheap vacuum, they send me American plug-in (I live in uk) you don’t know when is charging , charging base is very cheap.

Couldn't use this as it came with a USA 2 pin plug. Total waste of time.

not tried this yet because it comes with a 2 pronged plug charger no where does it say you need an adapter for it to work in UK.

Other than the on button being just slightly inconvenient, it gets the job done. I use mine all the time. I don't like however, the battery could last longer, and we screwed in the charger on the wall to save space, but had to go sideways and the unit will not sit on the charging contacts well enough in that position to actually charge, we we had to take that down and just leave it sit on the counter. Good unit though. Edit 11/8/2023 I believe this died. Battery won't charge now. Could be a problem with the charger, product support for my purchase ended this July of course. But I like this so I bought another. And maybe if it's just the charger that's not working, I'll have two of these. Which isn't needed but whatever. I like this enough to purchase it again.

We have been using this vacuum for a few years now with no problems. Good suction and it always has enough charge to perform our tasks.

J'ai reçu le produit Black et Decker avec une fiche électrique USA. Le contact du fournisseur m'a écrit qu'il fallait que je me fournisse un adaptateur car c'est un produit d'importation USA, pourtant fabriqué en chine ! Il n'y a aucune information de cette précision dans la description, ce qui est condamnable. Je ne comprend pas les notes des acheteurs Amazon ! Un adaptateur serait le bien venu, mais surtout que les clients soient informés, comment ont fait les autres si ils sont comme moi ? Un adaptateur français lui coûterais même pas deux euro !

Wasn't sure what to expect for $20 but was pleasantly surprised. I had recently given up on the red Dirt Devil 15.6V due to plummeting quality due to battery issues. The B&D feels light and inexpensive but it works great! Decent vacuum for daily dirt pickups, lightweight and easy to use. The best part is it has a wall-mounted charging station which, these days, is increasingly hard to find. No charging light but it works and I don't really think about it anymore. If you want a powerhouse handvac or need a power button that locks ON, or need a charging light, then this is not it. Otherwise, for light use ,it is awesomeness for a price. Long term battery/charger performance is an unknown.
