reliable in hard service
This item has been part of my troubleshooting kit since it was first released. It's one of the few tools that is ALWAYS with me being used on the job. I work as a service tech and put my tools in hardcore situations in hard environments on a regular basis. The driver has never failed to work as designed. The ratcheting is a life saver sometimes. Really appreciate the 7/16 nut driver I love the fact that the bits arnt the tiny ones that always get lost or fall out. The bits are securely held in place whether in the carrier or in use. Almost every bit you need to get into electrical devices are included. Cons: Theres no 3/8 nut driver. I don't know why but every multi driver ive seen either has a 3/8 or 5/16 nut driver missing. Electricians need them both. Theres no 9/64 allen. Only an issue if you need to work on some limit switches, The t20 bit works in a pinch but you run the risk of stripping the screw or breaking the bit. The 7/16 driver isn't long enough to reach to the bottom of deep strut. All in all pretty minor cons. This is a the best driver for a trouble shooting electrician, bar none.

Great Tool And Solid Build Quality
I'm an electrical apprentice and a few of the journeymen I work with chuckled when I told them I had bought a 21-in-1, but the same journeymen were pretty stoked when they realized they didn't have some of the tools needed for a task and my 21-in-1 saved us (me) a trip to the gang box. This tool has been pretty handy, especially for saving my hands from repetitive motion. It feels really solid and has some weight to it, so it might not be for everyone, but I don't feel like it weighs me down. Lots of bits to choose from which, for me, has been super helpful because I never know what I'm going to run into. And the wire nut twister has been saving my fingers.

Quality tool
Hefty grip and wont break like the klein will and does. I havent found the wire twister function to be very useful as of yet but that could change. Doesn't have quite the quick of ease as the klein version due to it being threaded and also doesnt have that cool winged Robertson type bit like a Milwaukee or klein. The ideal is probably still the superior multi driver hand tool

I am a sucker for multiple bit screwdrivers with ratchets. This one is five stars
I probably have six multiple bit screwdrivers with ratchet. I have two from Kobalt which are no longer made, one from Stanley, another offbrand in this one. I really like the KOBALT ratcheting multi-bit screwdriver. However, they have discontinued one of the models and the other one is apparently out of production. This one is very good. All the bits are in the handle. They snap in and out easily. Each bit holds into the screwdriver firmly and will not fall out. It has all the bits I need including optional torx. The other thing I look for is a ratchet that's easy to use. This one has not failed and takes a huge amount of torque without a problem. Not too big, has all the bits I need, the ratchet works great. The only negative I heard is that the tips are not magnetized. This can be a love-hate situation. Magnetic tips are nice until you're doing fine work and they keep on sucking up small screws that are in the vicinity. As someone else mentioned, simply get a small powerful magnet and put it near the bit and you will have a magnetized bit If you get this one you will be unhappy. It may become your go to screwdriver for everything

Great tool
Heavy duty enough for the job site. It's often the only screwdriver I use. I love the wire nut twister on the end.

Makes twisting a nut AND the wire below it easy.
Honestly I always have had trouble twisting electrical nuts tight enough to twist the wire below them. Weak wrists, I suppose. Plus there have been so many times when I was working in such tight quarters I really couldn't get a good grip. First time I tried twisting one with this I wondered why it took me so long to run it down. As for the multi-bit screwdriver, nothing wrong with it, just not why I bought the tool

Very good multi driver.
Excellent multi driver! Has every bit you could want and works exactly as advertised. A great service driver that saves you from carrying a bunch of different tools. The only thing I would change is that the end holding the bits should slide out instead of screwing out. When you have to change bits a few times close together it becomes a bit annoying to keep screwing and unscrewing the cap. Other than that it is a great tool!
