Bought to use with Kali Linux (tested with 2022.04) which I run virtually in Virtual Box and it has worked without problems and did not need to install any drivers. Monitor mode is supported and works as well.

I ordered this because it works with Kali Linux and is capable of going into passive listening mode and so much more. It's a great choice on a budget for some security "testing". It performs magnificently when paired with a Yagi antena!

He probado distintos adaptadores WiFi y este es sin ninguna duda el que mejor alcance tiene. Literalmente multiplica el número de wifis detectadas. Y eso lo logra con un tamaño comedido y una antena que no es espectacular. Como siempre puedes cambiar la antena, el resultado puede ser aún mejor. El conector del USB es antiguo (creí que ya no quedaban conectores con ese formato), pero como incluye su propio cable, no hay problema con ella. Creo que es la mejor opción si tu prioridad es el alcance, no la velocidad. Lo uso en un hotel del que soy cliente habitual, en el que algunas habitaciones quedan muy lejos de los repetidores. En esas habitaciones, la conexión es inviable sin ayuda, pero con este adaptador es como si estuvieras el repetidor lo tuvieras al lado. Nota sobre el envío: la fecha de entrega comprometida era a más de una semana vista, pero finalmente llegó en solo cinco días. ¡Genial!
