The product came very nicely packaged. Every item that is presented in the picture is all included with purchase. Nothing came damaged. The initial scent of the product smelled like stale alcohol but did not last after taking it out of the packaging. The overall brush is easy to use. It turns on quickly. There are three buttons on the bottom (button to increase and decrease the temperature and the on/off button). The brush has a matte finish. The brush heats up VERY quickly (about 15-20 seconds). When turning off the brush, it does about 14-17 minutes to fully cooldown. The swivel cord is a neat addition to the brush but is definitely not necessary. The glove itself feels comfortable (the wrist part stretches which accommodates all hand sizes). In general, this product is very helpful and efficient. It left my hair feeling sleek and smooth. I would definitely recommend this product to my friends and family. I do not know whether this product will work with curly hair as my hair is naturally straight. I use a straightener just to ensure that the straightness of my hair stays that way for the entire day.

I got this product seeing the features section that it would work between 110v to 220v. But when I saw the product manual this works only at 120v..now I need 2 invest in a good voltage converter or I could have just purchased something that would work in India.. Please do not mislead.

I don't usually write reviews, but this was a product I have been wanting to purchase for a long time & my results were so great I couldn't not tell people about it. I have very thick, coarse, frizzy, & wavy hair. I live in the south, so you can imagine how great it is to have to try to tame my already stubborn hair in the humid 100+ degree summers, BUT I am learning with the right products for your hairs chemistry & this awesome little straightener brush, life can be a little simpler. I purchased something similar a few years ago & the buttons were in the way of the handle plus it got so hot you couldn't really work with your hair as you straightened, so it took me some time to purchase this product. I also purchased another flat iron based on the incredible 1500+ reviews, but again there were some design flaws with it & the constant clamping on your hair can cause some severe strain in your hands. So, after another day struggling with my flat iron, I decided in a moment of frustration to buy this & I am so glad I did! I have only had it 2 days so far, so I haven't really taken a lot of time with it, but that's the beauty of it, you don't need a lot of time. I got out of the shower, blow dried my hair, & then made a few simple passes with this straightener brush & my hair was mostly straight! I put the glove on my non dominant hand & kind of held my hair in the brush as I made a slow pass from root to end. Now as I said, I didn't spend a lot of time. I have to work at 2:00AM & there is no need to get all glam for my job, but just to tame the hair & make it manageable was a miracle. The whole process maybe took 10 minutes! The glove is such a simple thing to add in, but it makes all the difference. I would have never thought to use a glove before, but now I am wondering why haven't I been using one all along. Simple product, lightweight, fairly inexpensive (comparatively), heats up quickly, straightens hair without leaving the hair too hot, & so on & so on. I feel like I could list things all day. It's a great product! You won't be sorry!

I have waist length 3A-3C hair thats pretty thick and this did wonders. I only straighten my hair fully every 3 years or so bc i dont feel like doing it lol but when i decided to this year i got this and it was perfect. I didnt use a blow dryer first this time because i didnt have it with me, so i simply washed, deep conditioned and detangled in the shower, left it in twists, air dried bc i had to clock into remote work, came back, and used this for each section on lowish heat. Then followed up with my regular flat iron. FLAWLESS. Even better results than with a blow dryer for flat ironing prep! My hair was stretched thoroughly without too much heat burning my whole head lol Heats up fast, temperature settings, its light weight, the glove really helps prevent burning, and it even has a cute little sleeve/bag accessory to store it in for travel!
