This shoulder rest for 3/4 to 4/4 violin is easy to install, and it looks elegant on the violin. It has several holes for the screws on both sides to adjust the width easily depending on the size of the violin. It looks well-crafted with good quality materials. The foam feels soft and comfortable. It is easy to secure the rest onto violin. There are two spare screw claws in the box.

Seems a bit more difficult to put on my full size violin than then one I had 30 years ago, but it works well.

Bought this for my son and he hasn’t complained. Works well and looks good. We actually took the violin in for repair today and got a compliment on this shoulder rest from the repair shop. So it must be good right?

Its overall a decent shoulder rest.Day 1 I received it.Cons first:It doesn't feel like wood material. And the feet is much more rigid comparing to kun.Foam pad slightly thinner also.Pros:But, it has a larger curve and is slighy of shape S looking from back, than Kun's shape C. So it might fit some people better. That is the main reason I decided to try this.For the almost half Kun's price ( with 4dollars coupon), I think it is still a solid buy as a back up shoulder rest.Happy practicing

I am advanced age having played for 60 years, some years in orchestras. I've tried all these shoulder rests. This is the best one.

My daughter has a standard half-size violin and I purchased this for support. The listing specifically said it can be adjusted to fit a half-size instrument but it feels a good measure too small. I can barely wedge it on the instrument at all at its largest adjustment, and certainly not far enough for it to hold. As far as I know, her half-size is standard and not larger than normal.It was inexpensive enough that we're not sending it back, and are trying to make it work, but as a violinist myself I know that they're supposed to basically rest under the instrument's bridge. This doesn't even make it past the chinrest, it's that shallow a grip.

This is such a nice rest. My son said it was very comfortable and easy to use. For reference my son was in 5th grade and 11 years old.

Finally found a shoulder rest that my tween approves! She said it's comfortable and likes the color.

Arrive on time, easy to adjust to my 8yrs old son 3/4 violin. Look very nice as well. Happy with my purchase
