Perhaps I didn't pay close enough attention to the size, I should have, these are small!!

Got these for half term as my grandchildren asked if I could juggle. Lots of fun at a value price. Something so simple can give hour's of fun. What they don't realise is all the skills they are learning including concentration and perseverance.

We bought these because my daughter successfully learnt some tricks with spinning plates at a circus workshop but these are extremely hard to get to work. They are smaller than the ones she tried before but she can’t get them spinning. She is still persevering…

These are not the normal size of spinning plates. They are half the size and impossible to spin. Total waste of money and a ruined kids birthday party. Not happy.

When my kids did a circus skills workshop, they guy leading it told me to buy spinning plates only from one place; a lady named Cathy owns the patent and sells the only decent versions of these plastic plates. Like a chump I went for the cheap versions off Amazon, and they're too small, they lack the little ridge on the underside which helps to start the spinning off from standing (i.e. without using your hand), and my kids got bored picking them up off the floor very quickly. My advice? Go for the originals.
