Tongkat Ali Extract

I have tried six different brands of Tongkat Ali over the past few years, and this one has produced the best results of them all. I have learned a few things in my testing: - It seems like the more bitter and strong tasting the TA is, the more likely it will be effective. I have tried a few that were not as bitter, and didn't taste as terrible; but I also noticed almost no results at all. So yes, the taste is awful, but the bitter taste lets you know that it is likely a quality product. - The cycling of 5 days on and 2 days off doesn't seem to make sense for me. I have tried this cycling for three months, and I have also tried 10 days on and 5 days off for three months. Then I tried just taking it every day for three months. Taking it every day produced the best results, with no side effects that I could tell. When taking it every day, there also didn't seem to be any tolerance increase over three months that would produce less effects with the same dose. It seemed just as effective after three months. Interestingly, the 10 days on and 5 days off felt like it produced better results than the 5 and 2 cycle, in terms of consistent libido and strength improvement. So for me, every day is best, and if I were going to cycle I would choose 10 and 5 over 5 and 2. - Sleep seems to be a big factor for me. If I have several days with 5 or less hours of sleep, I notice almost no benefit from this supplement. With 7 or more hours of sleep there is a huge difference. I have also noticed somewhat of a synergistic effect with other supplements, but this review is not about those so if you are interested ask me about those too. All in all this is the best TA I've found so far. The best results, and not very expensive. On day one-I took the small dose with the included spoon-and i admit that i had to wince at the powder’s taste because it is no less bitter than one of Satan’s dried turds ground to powder. However-later that day I noticed more energy and oddly enough-a deepening of my voice. On day two -i mixed the powder with OJ and found that made it taste like vinegar and cow piss-but i made myself finish the drink. I found i had much more clarity of thought later in the day-and my beard and moustache began growing in full and thick. On day three-i mixed the powder with castor oil and vinegar in attempt to drown the flavor-yet again-this accomplished little. Later in the day a black bear entered my yard and i ran to the door, jerked it open, flung off my jeans and let out a deep gutteral roar while exposing my full erection in a primal display of my male dominance! Simply put-this stuff works! The clarity of thought-the more restfull sleep-more energy and stamina-all are there as advertised (just gotta get by that hellacious taste-maybe drinking it with toilet water would help?!) The only downside is——when i started taking this 3 days ago-I was female...

⬛️ THERE is great news and there is bad news. The Great news is, this stuff is great but, but I use it with the other suggested purchases, the Horny Goat Weed(New Formula) and the MACA Root Powder. ⬛️ First, I don't think i have ever written a review about any product and nor am I affiliated with this company in any means what so ever. Now, with that being said, I will offer a few disclaimers; ⬛️ 1. My Total Supplement intake also now, after doing said items first now also include Taking probiotics to keep my core gut intestines healthy and happy that I got from The Vitamin Store and their brand, and a one a day mix in a drink of AMAZING GRASS Green Superfood Antioxidant Sweet Berry Flavor I finally treated myself to at COSTCO. ⬛️ 2. I do a very easy 45 minutes every other day of a low impact work out at 24 hour fitness, and my routine has stayed more steady these past 2 weeks because I really do want my internal workings to coincide with my external health. I just do the 3o minute cardio strength circuit with about a 7 minute of walking warm up with about a 7 minute treadmill cool down, then i hit that Jet Massage Chair Then the Massage massage chairs. Oh yeahhhh. Any ways ⬛️ 3. DIM, I started taking a one a day DIM hormonal supplement, I believe Whole Foods, I was there and thinking about it, so I got it, figured as a man, I'm fighting an uphill battle of estrogen overload just leaving my house, drinking out of plastics what ever else is in the food and so forth. which brings me to the reason why I ordered these 3 supplements together. ⬛️ I'm an extremely young looking and young feeling just recently turned 46 year old male. I did not order these for what I am seeing are the libido benefits, what so ever, at least, not in the usual terms. But for my personal MAN mental and physical health. Mental in that I am an artist in the truest since of the word and a full blooded virile man man, relationships and sex have never ever been a priority, they come when the come, Ill enjoy coupling when that natural happens when meeting people, but I' more driven to create, be an entrepreneur. BUT physiology dictates mentality and decision making, and in order to keep a well balanced male hormonal balance with my desire to be internally and physically fit, and have those natural male hormones aid in my workout increase and recover, mental sexual energy not be completely outdone by my artistic drives and have them both feul the other I decided to try all these things, PROBIOTIC, DIM, MACA, HORNEY GOAT WEED, LONG JACK, GREEN SUPERFOOD... ⬛️ I, FEEL, AMAZING!!!!! A MAZZZZZZZZING YOU HEAR ME!. I WAKE UP in the morning springing into my day, bright, refreshed, my mood over all is, "smurffy" even better oval since of well being, ALL DAY, I have no lulls or dips in energy, ALL DAY! Ya hear me. And please geez, i really did not need a boost in labido, god bless the devine goddess that shares with me now and future, geez, for real, really really. ⬛️ Now, THE BAD. MACA taste like what ever, no big deal, LONG JACK taste like fine dirt, and the HORNY GOAT WEED, taste like peppered, peppered dirt, disgusting, and I have taken plenty of supplements before. ⬛️ Don't Mix with any citrus, that's like concentrated pepper dirt. BEST MIX is SAMBAZON ORGANIC ACAI berry juice, Dont make a big cup, make half a small concentrated cup, use a cafe or egg beater to mix, and take it to the back without your tongue getting too much, straight to the throat, trust me, ACAI= less gag, small amount of ACAI juice = less drink taste to tolerate. And the ACAI is a delicious smooth creamy masking juice that actually good for you and and berry that is said to help level blood sugar. BUT i had to write this, after just a week, less actually in the no capsule power form is the best, and I cant wait to continue enjoying the work out benefits. I'm a 51 y/o male in reasonably good shape (lift weights 4x week) but no one will mistake me for a bodybuilder. Never taken testosterone or even any kind of test booster. Recently started wondering if my testosterone was low due to symptoms (general malaise, mild depression, not getting as good of results in gym as I have in past, not as horny as in past, erection quality not as good, etc.). After some research I thought I would try longjack and I've been taking it for almost three weeks now. Two points: 1) it tastes horrible and 2) I've had noticeable improvements in all areas described above. My workouts have seen significant improvements and I'm definitely a lot hornier. No negative side effects that I have noticed. I'm planning on getting my bloodwork done and would be surprised if my T (and especially free T) have not improved a lot since last time. Definitely worth a try for guys in my age range and having similar symptoms. A cheap alternative to T therapy to try out first, I'm glad I did. On the taste issue it is bad but I came up with a technique that works for me. I think mixing it is a mistake because it doesn't mix well and the bad taste will overpower any flavor that you try to mix it with. Another reviewer said to dump it on your tongue and wash it down. I tried that but found that the powder sticks to the scooper and wouldn't fall out easily. So my solution was to put a little water in a cup (maybe an ounce or so), dump the powder in the water (it will usually stick together as one clump), do NOT try to mix it, and then slam it like a shot. Thanks to all the past reviewers, since I'm naturally skeptical I probably wouldn't have tried this without so many glowing reviews.

High-quality Tongkat Ali. Strong, effective, and clean. Works as expected and gives a nice boost in energy and focus. People complain about bitter taste, but that just proves it’s the real deal.

This is a tough review. The recommended dosage listed on the package says twice a day for 5 days then cycle out for two days. I received the product on a Tuesday evening so I decided to start on that day. Did 2 twice a day for 3 days in a row then cycled out on the weekend. The first three days were great. Mood was up, morning wood was pretty much all night, I began to feel a rush of energy and strength and I also started to get urges for sex during the day which is something that I had grown out of gradually after my early 40s. Everything was great. After cycling out and restarting the on Monday I began to get headaches and joint pains. I still felt the extra strength and energy but my libido and morning wood were pretty much gone. Now the taste: This taste like something that should be inside a capsule. The taste is completely unpalatable. Not sure if you've ever tasted woodworm but this taste just like it just so much more bitter. I found my self taking it with a shot of pomegranate juice. Somewhere towards the late second week of use I started to get indigestion and one night it all just came back up. The burning sensation combined with the horrible taste was just something I never want to experience again. I'm giving this 3 stars because 1.) it blends well with water and juice, 2.) it actually worked as intended for the first three days. 3.) I intend to try it again after seeing if maybe I was combining it with a food that may have reacted poorly to it. 4.)I'm in my ate 40s and I really do miss the old me that was a horndog, would bang anything that moved. I would be willing to put up with that taste in exchange for an increase production of testosterone.

After some research for my husband's ED issues (45 y/o, weighs 230 lbs at 5' 9"), I figured I would have him give this a try by adding to his existing regimen of supplements. It has been over a year that he has been using this product but if I can remember correctly, I think we started recognizing its results in approximately a month of consistent use. He tries to keep up with his workouts (hitting the gym about 3 times a week) and eats healthy on the weekdays, but on the weekends he likes to drink alcohol and eat foods he typically would not on the weekdays. The dosage he takes is a 'pinch-see picture' in the morning and at lunch M-F taking the weekends off. Important note: it is VERY bitter tasting but he has gotten used to it. We heard the capsules seem to not be as effective so that is why we choose the powder (Indonesia extract root only; 200:1 ratio). He simply uses the 'pinch' scoop and taps it into the back of his mouth and washes it down with water. I have tried it and by doing it this way, you barely even taste it than if you were to put it on the front of your tongue (which I tried too, yuck). In my opinion, and for his lifestyle, I think the two main successful factors have been this product and getting at least 2 days of at least 30 minutes of stretching and/or myofascial rolling in thus improving his body circulation to a GREAT extent. Additionally, he has learned how to relax and breathe as he is/was not a flexible person in which his oxygen levels have drastically improved as well. Hopefully this will help someone else without having to resort to prescribed drugs. There have been no side effects and only a good outcome and stats from his last physical in October 2018 in regards to oxygen and blood pressure levels.

Arrived as it should and will be trying it out. Update I tried this product and is very bitter!!! I couldn't find anything to blend it with so I have a 00 pill maker, pills are kinda too big for the amount per serving but I just poured the recommend amount into each capsule one at a time and sealed them and works perfectly, no taste now:) I can do 100 at a time so just took my time and poured each one individually all 100.
