Since I could no longer find anywhere that sold Cross and Blackwell Major Grey Mango Chutney, I searched for a decent replacement. That took some trial and error. When I tried Patak’s Major Grey Chutney - Mild Mango Chutney, I was quite pleased with the taste and actual pieces of mango, which many brands don't contain. Although not quite as good as Cross and Blackwell chutney, it was close enough for me to continue buying it.

Excellent Use with my curry chicken salad

It was ok - good flavor, just a bit spicey but not really hot. I was just a bit disappointed that it's very runny, was expecting it to be a bit chunkier.

Tasted like the Whitney i remember

I can eat this from the jar, lol. It also bakes well in food and makes a nice side-snack for all kinds of treats like cheese +crackers. It's sweet and not hot which makes it great for me.

Much too salty. Although you can taste the mango chutney underneath, the saltiness makes it very difficult to eat more than a small amount at a time. Also, the packaging - bubble wrap around the jars, then an amazon paper bag containing the wrapped jars, was inadequate. Two of the three jars were leaking. The third had an intact seal, but the edges of the lid were severely dented.

Yummy and just the right amount of spice to go with Indian food!🥘

We used to buy this salad from Wellspring (before it was bought by Whole Foods). It was great. Uses mock chicken (made here in NC but I think you can get it nationwide), cashews, green onions and this chutney. It seems I can't get it in the stores anymore but thankfully I can still get it on Amazon! Thank you! I would really miss this salad and this product is imperative. Tried others. Just not the same.
