Riser provides extra height to directly mount the shower head or install a hose for a movable head. The piece was well-packaged with excellent appearance and good quality threads so there were no leaks after proper installation.

My home has low ceilings and there is a drop ceiling in the bathroom. The shower head was too low also. Now it's near the ceiling and tall people can shower too. 😁

Probably one of the greatest decisions I’ve made to my bathroom. My old shower pipe was rusted with white hard water deposit and was slightly clogged. With this new replacement I’m now getting much cleaner and smooth flowing water than ever before. Our old shower head was also too low for us so this product easily solved the problem by raising it a few inches higher. Installation was a breeze after watching a tutorial online. The whole process took maybe 10-15 minutes. Now my shower looks much more modern with the matte black finish. Also glad it came with the tape adhesive so I didn’t have to make a trip to my local hardware store. Highly recommended.

This extension is very useful especially when you are taking a shower and you can hang your back scratcher sheet and your face towel. But I don’t know how long does it last cause it’s not a US made You have to keep on applying a metal polish to keep all the water/soap spots after you showered

I wouldn’t consider myself super tall but when a shower head is too low it kinda sucks. I didn’t know these existed till I looked it up. Ever since i installed it it’s been a dream. I don’t have a drop in water pressure at all and it fits perfectly. If you’re debating on size, taller is better. I would 100% buy it again if I had the same problem.

El material es de excelente calidad. Muy fácil de instalar y ya incluye el teflón para evitar fugas de agua y luce bastante elegante.

This shower arm extender is thin chromed tubing. The threads are loose when attaching to Iron Pie Thread IPT. I had to tighten until no threads are left and there is a small drip and I used plenty of the supplied teflon tape. It is doing the job but is typical Chinese quality. Amazon when will you start showing where products are made, I do not want to support the China Government in any way.
