I love this that it came with three different plates to install the installation was pretty simple and works great

I needed a shield from the elements for my ring camera's and this worked perfectly.I also like the fact that I can move it around if I so wish.

My wiring for the Ring Doorbell was on a side wall. I was perplexed as to what would be a quick and easy fix. This does the job. Easy to install, easy to adjust, and so far is holding up great. I wouldn't call it heavy duty, perhaps medium to light duty. But once it is installed there is no reason to touch it. Pushing the actual doorbell does not affect it at all. I would recommend it as a solution for those who need to use a sidewall for their camera doorbells.

Great solution for angled installation. Easy to install. Maybe a little sturdier or metal would be a nice improvement. Great value.

Great not to have to worry about people stealing it at my door, for I have protection of a covered porch area til my door.

I bought this to use with a first generation Ring door bell. In order to use it with this device I had to modify it with a rotary tool and a cut-off disc, to take the bottom of the frame off and remove the ears from the tabs that go behind the door bell. That and adjusting the frame/hood to its fullest height and it functions exactly as desired. The hood comes with an adapter to adjust the angle of the door bell, for mounting on the left or right of the door frame, I didn’t need it/intend to use it, but it’s included and may be a consideration for your application. No fault of the manufacturer, I knew that I would probably have to modify it when I ordered it. Was the solution I was looking for.

Brilliant concept, easy to assemble and install. Take it one step at a time, make sure the doorbell wires don’t accidentally go into the wall! By Biggest GRIPE it’s made of CHEAP THIN PLASTIC. I have no idea how long this will last in the California Sun, I assume it will need to be replaced much sooner than I would want. If this was made of a long-lasting, durable, powder-coated steel, I would gladly pay more!!!! Photos show easy, step by step installation.

Bought this because my front door has no shelter from the rain nor sun. So far haven't had rain to test it. Installation instructions were good. The rain guard portion is very flimsy; one of the tabs broke. I get it, it has to flex during installation. Their customer service responded immediately, replacing the whole kit rather than just the rain guard. This second time installing, I kept the Ring doorbell back plate slightly loose and it made slipping the rain guard into place easier. I recommend.

Good quality, fits perfectly, easy to install

I knew it was not going to fit a Tapo doorbell perfectly, but I was able to jerry-rig it to make it fit. The parts are plastic and a thief can rip it out with ease. It is NOT a heavy duty product. As long as you accept this, the product is fine.

Easy to mount on any surface very solid and sturdy easy to adjust. Well built.
