Madison Square Lightweight Hardside Chevron Expandable Spinner Luggage, Navy, 20-Inch Carry On

I reordered this bag even though the zippers broke after less than a year and a half of use with the first bag. That bag was black with gold zippers and I used it on all my travels and loved it, including a 10 day trip to Paris and London with the bag stuffed full. On a 5-night cruise to Mexico last December, the zippers broke and I could barely get the bag zipped. I decided to reorder the same bag because it is so roomy, and the interior has several compartments with zippered enclosures which make it easy to separate and store things. It is probably a bit over the standard size for carry on luggage, but I’ve had no problems using it on several different airlines, it fit the overhead bins, although a bit snugly on the smaller planes. The bag is attractive, maneuvers well and holds so much. Wish the rose gold bag also had gold zippers but it’s still very attractive. I’ve included a photo of the bags, black bag open and rose gold zipped closed.

I am reordering another one after a year and a half of weekly travel with this one. I often have four+ flights a week and it held up just fine. I love this because I can fit a week of clothes (rolled tightly) in it and not have to check a bag. The wheel finally broke though, so time for another one.

Fantastic luggage! I was hesitant to purchase hard-sided luggage after seeing many photos of dents and damage sustained during travel, but this suitcase surpassed my expectations! I purchased the 20” carry-on size for my tween daughter, based solely on the rose gold color and eye-catching chevron design. Our luggage recently went on its maiden voyage, and we couldn’t be happier with its performance. The suitcase is very lightweight, despite its molded, hardshell design. The (4) high-quality swivel wheels, coupled with the telescoping handle, made it a breeze for my 11-year-old to maneuver through the airport on her own. A thoughtful handhold at the bottom of the suitcase is perfectly-placed for stowing the luggage in overhead compartments. The interior of the luggage features a zippered pouch and zip-up divider to separate the two halves of the bag and secure belongings. The interior of this suitcase is much nicer than my own [much higher-priced] luggage. The luggage survived its first flights unscathed - no scratches or dents to the luggage itself, or the contents inside. I am so impressed with this bag that I will be replacing my soft-sided luggage with the two-piece set!

I truly love this suitcase. It's the best carry-on item ever, even though it feels like it fits more than just a carry-on. I've used it as a carry-on on both domestic and international flights on American Airlines. I've also used it domestically on Southwest as a carry-on and not one single issue. I looked around and read a ton of reviews of different suitcases when looking for something. I'm still getting suitcase ads on social media. But I'm so glad I finally settled on this one. There is a ton of room, especially if you use packing cubes. I feel like my items are always protected- I always travel with my laptop and several other electronic items. It rolls easily and turns in all directions. It is still clean with very minimal scuffs. I feel that this is a great and sturdy product that I would absolutely recommend to my friends!

I’ve only used it a few times since purchase, but so far it has been very sturdy and works great! I had compared this luggage to multiple others and this is the one I kept. Loved the unique design on the outside and really love the pretty navy color.

Love this bag. Bought it for a 2nd time. Great for price point, good storage, not too heavy. Rolls ok and better than most bags at this price point. Does not roll as well as our TravelPro spinner but that's to be expected given the price difference. It expands the 2" as advertised. I can pack this for a solid 5 days of business travel including gym gear (it weighs 40 lbs at that point but all good)

Unfortunately, I thought all of the reviews that complain about the zipper were probably just picky people. Wrong! Our zipper broke the third time we used the suitcase and we only used it as a carry on! The suitcase looks nice and seems great at first. But the zipper must not be well made because it caved under essentially no pressure. Given the brand and cost of this piece of luggage, I would expect more in terms of quality. If you're going to take a chance on this one, make sure you buy the protection plan because I guarantee you're going to need it! Waste of money:(

This carry-on has gone on 3 trips w me and it is still in great shape! It’s very lightweight and you can pack a lot inside! The only complaint I have is that the handles are not very sturdy when you have it pulled out all the way. Other than that, it’s a great purchase and I’m so glad I got it!

I love this carry-on! It looks so classy and the interior is well organized for packing. The four rotating wheels make it really easy to get around and it’s super light to carry.

Qualität super, allerdings sind die Maßangaben falsch. Selbst ohne die Erweiterung ist der Koffer schon 27 cm breit und daher nicht mehr als Handgepäck Koffer geeignet. Wirklich schade! Die rollen und auch die restliche haptik machen einen sehr soliden Eindruck
